Quiet relaxing Hotel ideal for our needs.

Grotta di Nettuno is worth a visit , bearing in mind 654 steps(counted them all) from cave back to bus,the boat trip from Alghero may be a less strenuous option . Alguer Mia is a nice friendly restaurant/Pizzaria not far from Hotel ,get there early though .

The hotel was not as close to the sea as suggested on the website. There was no bar or cafe at poolside. The staff were friendly and polite.

The Daps restaurant across the road was very good. 20-25 minute walk to the old town of Alghero.

Good location but be aware that it is 25mins. walk from the centre. Walk is pleasant but some may be put off by it. Beach just across the road and hotel has nice pool.Coffee at breakfast was awful.

Le Tre Torri resturant in Largo S. Francesco was good but service was amatuerish to say the least. Nettuno was good and Angedras - Via Frank 2 was our favourite. A trip to Cappo Caccia is worth doing but better done using local bus as the Trottolo one was scarcely worth it at 18Eu p.p.

We loved this hotel - it was in a great location - five seconds from the beach and a 20 minute stroll in to town. The service was great - really friendly and helpful and everywhere was clean.

Neptune's Caves were a great day trip, we would highly recommend them.

Worst value for money of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Whether this was due to the travel time (ie. August) or other factors I am unsure. No information provided in the room (booklet) or by the staff upon arrival (re: facilities such as pool, safe, restaurant, breakfast). Bathroom was awful - shower was tiny, unclean, unsafe. Shampoo wasn't replaced. Room basic but fine although for circa €130 per night it was absolutely unacceptable. Would advise others to avoid this hotel and choose something with more facilities (bar?) and which had been renovated in the last 30 years.

I was disappointed that the room lacked fridge facility (or at least I didn't find one).
Use of a safe required a deposit and a small fee, so I didn't bother.
Bath & Shower was and may still be in need of repair and on my last night there was a problem with the water for showering.
On my last day I informed both an english speaking waiter and the reception desk that I had to leave early the following morning (05.30) and asked if breakfast could be arranged. I was told that I would simply have to make way go to the bar, however on the morning of my departure nothing had been arranged.
I would not choose to rebook this hotel; I preferred my B&B. Located just a few meters from the beach. A few snack bars and restaurants to choose from.

The rooms where on the small side. We stayed in a twin and a single. The bathroom in the single was very 'compact' and anyone of a fuller figure would have difficuities squeezing past the shower to reach the toilet!

My bed room was very basic and dark not ideal for children. The hotel was extremley clean and there were rooms with balconies which looked much nicer and lighter. For the amount of money i spent my room was like a hostel room. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. swimining pool very difficult to access if you have small children or are not the fitest person as so many stairs impossible if you are disabled.
