The hotel is located in the area of Fertilia, just outside Alghero's centre (about 6km from Alghero city centre). While the hotel located outside of Alghero it is ideally located on a beach, so it is a good choice for a beach holiday. Its about 5km from Alghero International airport.

The hotel is a purpose built property on the sea front. The medium sized lobby is simply decorated with a comfortable seating area. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor offers both regional and Italian cuisine. The large rooms are kept in good condition and furnished in a modern, simple and functional style. The bathrooms are medium sized and in good condition.
